US single-weight glossy restrike photograph (not a vintage original photo printed at the time it was taken, but one printed at a later time from the original negative) from the 1950s Film-Noir crime drama, THE DAMNED DON'T CRY, released in 1950 by Warner Bros. and directed by Vincent Sherman, in which a New York socialite climbs the ladder of success man by man until a life among rich gangsters gives her what she thought she always wanted.
