Item description
Vintage original 8x10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the classic 1950's nightclub-themed comedy, THIS COULD BE THE NIGHT, released in 1957 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and directed by Robert Wise. A school teacher (Jean Simmons) takes a secretarial job in a nightclub. The two club owners quibble about a lot, including her. Unfortunately, she develops an interest for the partner who disapproves of her employment at the club. The cast includes Paul Douglas, Anthony Franciosa, Julie Wilson, Neile Adams, Joan Blondell, J. Carrol Naish, Rafael Campos, and Zasu Pitts.
The image features an interior shot inside of a nightclub and depicts Hussein Mohammed (Rafael Campos) and Crystal St. Clair (Joan Blondell) watching Tony Armmotti (Anthony Franciosa) as he grabs newspaper columnist Ziggy Dawit (Vaughn Taylor) by the collar of his jacket. It is in fine+ condition with random signs of light wear on the corners with some additional wear in the top third of the left border. There are no pinholes, stains, or other flaws.
