Vintage original 8 x 10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the 1950's band contest-themed musical comedy, ROCK, PRETTY BABY!, released in 1956 by Universal-International and directed by Richard Bartlett.
The image depicts an exterior night shot on a beach as Jimmy Daley (John Saxon), shirtless in a bathing suit, puts the moves on Joan Wright (Luana Patten), who appears uninterested in his affections. It is in near-fine condition. A fun beefcake and cheesecake image!
Jimmy Daley and Angelo Barrato are teenage members of a band who learn of a contest that they believe will bring them fame. Jimmy must fight the opposition of his father and his feelings for the lovely Joan.
