Item description
Vintage original 8 x 10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the 1950s comedy/crime drama, LOVE IN THE AFTERNOON, released in 1957 by Allied Artists and directed by Willy Wilder, in which a middle-aged playboy becomes fascinated by the daughter of a private detective who has been hired to entrap him with the wife of a client.
The image depicts an exterior shot of Frank Flannagan (Gary Cooper) and Ariane Chavasse (Audrey Hepburn) enjoying a picnic. Printed for the film's 1961 US theatrical re-release by Allied Artists where it was released under the title, Fascination, it is in near-fine condition as shown.
