Hand Painted Ceramic Deviled Egg Plate and 22 similar items

When I acquired this deviled egg plate it was firmly glued onto some cardboard in a display with a pair of kitchen towels. I believe it had been part of the display ever since it was made. It appears to be from the 1950s or 1960s. There are no signs of use. I managed to remove it from the cardboard, and used Goo-Gone to remove the glue. In the cleaning process the tiny Japan sticker came off. I used a piece of clear tape to stick it back on. It has never been used to serve food, but it is vintage and has overall crazing of the glaze, front and back. It's in very good condition. The backs of the egg hollows are unglazed and will tend to pick up black or gray marks from touching anything. The egg dish is 9 1/2 inches wide and 5/8 inch high. There are hollows for 10 deviled eggs and a rooster is painted in the center (underneath the glaze). It weighs 1 pound 1 ounce before packing for shipping.
