Item description
Vintage original 8x10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the classic 1960's western-themed war comedy, ADVANCE TO THE REAR, released in 1964 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and directed by George Marshall, in which a Union army outfit of misfits and rejects is sent to the Western territory. Southern spies try to figure out what they're up to.
The image features an exterior shot of Capt. Jared Heath (Glenn Ford) tipping his hat to prostitute Martha Lou Williams (Stella Stevens) while Col. Claude Brackenbury (Melvyn Douglas) smokes a cigar and "Easy Jenny" (Joan Blondell) grins at the handsome captain. It is in very fine condition with minimal signs of wear on the left corners. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, writing, or other flaws.
