Description: This is an elegant medallion design that was very popular in France around 1750. It is hand printed in gold on a soft yellow background. This classic pattern is truly timeless and can be partnered with virtually any style of decor or color scheme. We love to use this paper on a ceiling in a dining room, parlor, or bedroom. If you love this paper and find it not quite enough, it does work with many of the other papers we have listed and we would be happy to recommend a second complimentary paper to use with it. Condition: New unused, 1st quality. (Rolls in plastic sleeves, not cellophane) Color: Gold on pale lemon yellow (On the Onlinesale Color Chart - Color is closest to #847 on a lighter version of #847). Although it varies by number of doors and windows and pattern match, it takes, on AVERAGE, 10 rolls to paper the walls in an 8 x 10 room with 8 ft. high ceilings. The same room with 10 ft. high ceilings would need 12 rolls. To paper the walls of an average 10 x 14 room with 8 ft. ceilings you will need, in general, a minimum of 14 rolls. If you have 10 ft. ceilings and a 16 x 20 room, you will likely need a minimum of 26 rolls. You should use an on-line wallpaper calculator to determine your exact needs. I always like to add a roll or two so I have extra just in case I cut a piece incorrectly or for things like lining drawers or shelves, or even papering a closet to match the room.
