Miscellaneous details

SHIPPING: We do not add handling fees to shipping costs. If actual shipping comes to less than our estimate or if we can ship flat rate for less than regular priority mail (or vice versa) we refund the difference to the buyer within 1 business day of shipping.

Insurance is optional but recommended for Priority and Express Mail. It is REQUIRED for parcel post, UPS, and any other carrier. If insurance is not purchased, buyer assumes all risk for damage or loss.

DELIVERY: WE SHIP WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY of receipt of (cleared) payment for all USPS and most UPS parcels. Please notify us upon purchase if you want us to hold an item to combine with an additional purchase so you can save on shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Most items shipped worldwide. Please inquire. Import duties, taxes, and related charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in shipping costs and should not be confused with additional shipping charges. Purchases will not be marked as “gift.” Full description and value will be stated on customs claims as required by law. Countries also have different insurance, size, and weight restrictions and/or limitations and some governments prohibit or limit the importation of certain goods. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local customs or tax requirements prior to entering into a contract to purchase any item. REFUNDS & RETURNS: Sales are final unless there is an error in the description or other extenuating circumstances. All returns are subject to prior approval and must be returned within 3 days of receipt, fully insured, in original condition and packaging, at buyer’s expense. Shipping/handling fees are not refundable.

Restocking Fee: 20% Under $100; 15% Above $100 (to cover our costs for additional processing, bookkeeping, re-stocking, re-listing and other related fees not covered by venue return policies).
