If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges.

If you are returning an Item, please email us first and give us more details of why you are returning that item. Please Do not use the Item, if you plan to return it as it may be rejected or charged a 20% restocking fee. Once the return is approved you have an extra 14 days to return it, and we will let you know where to send your package. Return reasons will require photos submission, please send us clear photos showing the issue. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.

*Original shipping fee (if any) is nonrefundable.

*Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.
*Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.
*Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

Your credit refund is going to be in form of gift certificate or to the same payment method; a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases from AmaEba.com.

You will be given credit for the items you return only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Credit/Gift Certificate or card refunds will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.

Cosmetics, jewelry, personal care, food, meds, vitamins, Undergarments, Hosiery, Products listed on the “SALE” category.

We offer FREE Returns to almost All of our products, if any product you bought does not qualify for FREE shipping Label, you are responsible for paying for shipping and return the product with the shipping company of your choice at your own expenses.
