Shipping policy
UPS and USPS are used whenever possible. However, “Common Carrier” can be selected in special cases.
When will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping: delivered within 4-10 business days
*Please note all expedited orders will be processed and shipped the same day unless the order is placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time. The day the order is shipped does not count as one of the shipping days.
How to Ship to AK, HI
Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your invoice and tracking number. We have to be notified of undelivered packages within 30 days from the day you placed the order. Please note that tracking number can take up to 24hrs to update in our systems.

Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsIf not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges.
AmaEba.com accept returns of unworn clothing, items with original tags, SKU stickers and clear garment packaging with its original label. If you are returning an Item, please email us first and give us more details of why you are returning that item. Please Do not use the Item, if you plan to return it as it may be rejected or charged a 20% restocking fee. Once the return is approved you have an extra 14 days to return it, and we will let you know where to send your package. Return reasons will require photos submission, please send us clear photos showing the issue. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.

*Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.

All items from the sale category are final sale. These items can not be returned for refund or exchanged.

Your credit refund is going to be in form of gift certificate or to the same payment method; a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases from AmaEba.com.
You will be given credit for the items you return only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Credit/Gift Certificate or card refunds will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.

Returned items from the following categories are not accepted.
