It?s one of his amazing ?Sacred Hearts Of Madness? ~ an anatomically correct human heart made from molded material, tiny branches and miniature pipes and gears. This pendant measures approximately 2 1/2? in height and width by 1? in depth and Priority Mail shipping in the US will be $12.00. HOOS has been making wonderfully-bizarre masterpieces in his beloved laboratory for almost 2 decades.
