This is a puzzle, NOT a model! As such it does NOT include detailed instructions. A link to assembly guidance will be included on puzzle cover. Wooden oversized truck puzzle comes disassembled. It was cut on laser cutter. It is made from "bare" 3mm MDF wood board. It is a "snap together" puzzle and does not need glue to hold it together. If it is taken apart and put together many times it will loosen up and may need glue to continue to hold it together. The doors open and the wheels turn so that it can be "played with." It is a great puzzle for young and old alike. The limited instructions are part of what makes it a puzzle! Picture of completed puzzle with link to the assembly guidance (as shown in last picture) will be enclosed with purchase. It can be glued for a "permanent" toy or decor. It can be painted too! The discolorations are "burn marks" from laser cutting. They can be removed by lightly sanding or painting over them or left alone to add character! Laser cutting either melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas. Depending on the material, this process can create some potent odors. NOT TO WORRY, the odor dissipates! If you lose, misplace, break, want additional parts (or whatever!) we can help you out! For the cost of shipping, we will send needed additional pieces. MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residues into wood fibers combining it with wax and a resin binder and forming into panels by applying high temperature and pressure. The MDF used in our puzzles is CARB Certified and TSCA Title IV.
