1981 International Cartoon Art Germany German Santa QSL Card DL0HE Dated June 6, 1981 the DX Stamp is on December 26, 1981 Sent from Clubstation VFDB in Elmshorn (a town in the district of Pinneberg in Schleswig-Holstein in Germany). The hand drawn artwork is interesting, not sure if that is old man winter or santa shouting "cherio om" over what looks like a rural field filled with radio towers. The back side is signed simply "Harry" so he must have been a regular friend of Whitey's to not include his full name or other information. PLEASE NOTE: The Blue border is the blue paper backing we used when scanning to better define the edges of the white card, and is not a part of the card. The red text watermark is only in these photos and not on the card itself. CONDITION: No pin holes, rips, creases or smudges. Lightweight paper-like card stock has held up well and shows minimal signs of wear.
