"Dedicated to the Service of the Amateur Fraternity" There is a handwritten date of August 28, 1986 and the postcard is postmarked Sep 12, 1986 This wonderfully historically significant photograph is filled with lots of little features that have the mark of the 1980's, from the clothing to the electronics and equipment seen in the photograph. The circular postal mark is unusual (to us anyway), in that it does not have a city or town but says; U.S.POSTAL SERVICE. CT. CONDITION: No pin holes, rips, tears, smudges or creases. If looking at the back (address side), only the bottom far right corner shows any sign of wear, and even then it is very minor and only on the very tip of the corner.
