1940 Vintage Postcard Ham Radio Cartoon Art Kentucky QSL Card W9FBA Interesting handwritten message along the side edge of the front (address side) of the postcard in standard Amateur radio abbreviations, much like modern text messages, but it appears that Ham Radio operators did it first! Sent by "Carl B. Jenkins" A nice collectible item for anyone researching family histories and ancestries. Postmarked "Louisville" February 16, 1940. CONDITION: Fairly good condition. No rips, tears, creases or pin holes. The postage stamp has been removed, and there is damage where it was removed. there is some yellowing from age and improper storage around the edges.
