ESTATE SALE PURCHASE....
Antique WATERBURY BEEHIVE mantal clock. Perfect for a desk or to show off on a mantel.
BEAUTIFUL CHERRY WOOD BODY. The perfect amount of patina gives this one that great antique look. Wood finish crazing patina that only comes with age. Metal enamel face.
Condition: It gongs on the hour and dings on the half hour. No cracks on the outside body or glass. The face is original and has a great antique patina look about it. (please see pictures). Light scuffs but no major scratches on the body. Includes bob and key. I could get it to run but only for a short time...it may need oiled. The back could use a little work to make is fit nice and snug.
It has some older service dates on the inside back cover from 1933 and 1975.
Please keep in mind that this is an antique. The mechanicals may or may not need serviced as it is over 100 years old.
10" tall, 9.5" wide, and 5 1/4" deep
It will be protected well and insured. I PROTECT MY ITEMS VERY WELL!
