What is bcommerce and how does it work?
bcommerce is an all-in-one commerce platform built for independent business owners to start, run, and grow their businesses online, in-store, and everywhere in between.
Here are just a few things you can do with bcommerce:

How much does bcommerce cost?
You can try bcommerce free for 3 days, no credit card required. After your trial expires, choose a plan that suits the size and stage of your business.
How long are your contracts?
Most bcommerce plans are month to month unless you sign up for a yearly plan. bcommerce Plus is available on 1- to 3-year terms.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, if you ever decide that bcommerce isn't the best ecommerce platform for your business, simply cancel your account. If you choose a 1- or 3-year bcommerce Plus subscription, you can cancel when your term commitment expires.
Can I change my plan later on?
On most bcommerce plans, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you choose a 1-year bcommerce Plus subscription, you can upgrade to a 3-year subscription at any time. For both 1- and 3-year subscriptions to bcommerce Plus, you can downgrade when your term commitment expires.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 25% discount for yearly subscriptions if you choose the Basic, bcommerce or Advanced plans. If you choose a 3-year bcommerce Plus plan, we offer a monthly discount and lower online variable platform fees.
In what countries can I use bcommerce?
You can use bcommerce in nearly every country in the world.
Is bcommerce PCI Compliant or PCI Certified?
Yes, bcommerce is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is ultra secure.
Payment
Are there any transaction fees?
There are no transaction fees for stores using bcommerce Payments. If you choose a third-party payment provider, there will be additional fees of 2%, 1% or 0.5% for our Basic bcommerce, bcommerce, and Advanced bcommerce plans, respectively.
What is a third-party payment provider?
A third-party payment provider (also known as a payment processor or payment gateway) lets you accept online payments. Learn more about supported third-party payment providers.
Are there any credit card fees?
bcommerce charges a small fee to allow you to accept major credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, as payment in your store. These fees vary depending on the plan that you choose.
Setup Store
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans.
I'm looking to switch to bcommerce. How do I get my data over?
If you already have an ecommerce website or are using a different ecommerce platform for your business, you can use the Store Importer app to import your products, customers, and orders data to bcommerce.
Can I use my own domain name with bcommerce?
Yes, you can purchase a domain name within bcommerce, or use an existing one that you own. We also provide a forever free mybcommerce.com domain name to all stores when they sign up.
Do I get free web hosting when I open an online store?
Yes, bcommerce includes secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on all plans except Starter. You can also use the Buy Button to add ecommerce to any existing website.
What are your bandwidth fees?
There are none. All bcommerce plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.
