It's seen here, folded up. There is a stain on it, but it's not very dark and does not interfere with viewing the information, and there is a tear in it, as seen in the photo, which could be repaired with tape if you wish. Again though, this also does not cover any info. Original Yamaha document from the 80's, made in Japan! This is a manual or document, this is NOT a piece of equipment or instrument.
