The recommended t-shirt colors for each transfer are posted in the application instructions. If the transfer says light colors only then white, gray, pink, blue or lavender will work. Bold colors like orchid, teal, yellow, brown, green and black shirt will only work if the transfer is made for all colors. If the design has text or detail matching the fabric color it may not be visible. For example white text on a white t-shirt would not work well.
