These are brand new, have not been used. I cannot mark them as "new" since they have been opened (except for the points card which is still intact) - however, I can assure you that no one has used any of these at all. The chatpad is about the size of your basic smart phone. It has a QWERTY keyboard, and is extremely useful when typing something in XBOX Live (especially compared to using a controller). The headset is your basic Microsoft XBOX 360 model with an on/off switch and volume control. The 400 Microsoft Points card is brand new, the cover has not been taken off to reveal the code. A '10' rating means it's perfect - '1' is still playable, but cosmetically horrible.
