Item description

This is a poplar wood ornament from Israel. The ornament figures: A blessing for the home. Beautiful leaf decors filled with Amethyst, Carnelian, Garnet and Turquoise semiprecious gem stones. A key of wealth. The key of wealth was one of the 4 keys given by god to Jacob to ensure his family prosperity. The key features Hebrew gematric (numerology) holy codes for wealth. The codes refer to the biblical first and last letters of the Tehilim psalm "open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing". Fish. In early rabbinical teaching we find that the fish has become a symbol of the pious swimming in the waters of Torah. Fish are eaten on Rosh Hashana and symbolize our hope that the year will bring good fortune and success. Furthermore, fish are also submerged under water and thus are protected against the evil eye. Because fish lay many eggs they are also associated with fertility. Jerusalem carving inscription. Dimensions: 5.6/8" on 4 3/8" or 11cm on 15cm. Shipping worldwide: FREE
