Beginning his painting career in the early '70's and continuing until his death in 2005, Holtzman produced over 600 original oil paintings capturing the American spirit, our heroes, and our fantasies. His attention to technical details, and breathtaking landscapes are second to few. Several of his paintings were the centerpiece of a classic "Route 66" calendar, and no fewer than a dozen of his paintings have been published as limited edition prints, most of which have been sold out for some time. Sadly, Holtzman's talent has largely gone unnoticed outside of the Atlanta, Georgia area.
