The smaller packages get shipped out via USPS First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce weight requirement. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs will be delivered by freight. Freight Customers: When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (must have forklift) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address. If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must, in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise.
