When folded up the measurements are 9.75 x 6.75 inches; when opened up like a book, approx 13 x 9.75 inches. *front outside has one big pouch with a flap and snap and a pencil/pen slip. *back outside has a big expandable pouch with flap and snap *when open there is a long horizontal zipper that open up to a pouch that is approx 13. 9.75 (the size of the open bag. *under that top zipper there is an open file pouch, no closure, on a chevron angle that opens up to an area that is approxx 13 x 7.5 in *under that open file slot is a double open file slot, similar to above but divided into two sections. *the bottom half of the inside has to separate zippered pouch sections.
