Estate find - so true vintage - appears to be lightly worn - no brand or size in tag - but about 7 inches across, would fit any head though with pins The hat has some rolling and the bows are a little bend, and there are a few light spots that don't really show well in photos, but I think with some tlc this is a super cute hat!! l That said, this is a vintage hat, and I'm going with condition is consistent with age 1123audy2 DD296 all clothing items have been cleaned to standards
