This is a vintage AMERICAN MEDICINE 50 YEARS TIE CLASP!
In a goldtone metal, this vintage TIE CLASP is marked 50 YEARS AMERICAN MEDICINE CLUB!
It has the medical caduceus symbol without the wings, and the word "CLUB" down the shaft.
Then in a black enamel outer ring the words "50 Yrs. Amercian Medicine" appears in goldtone.
The tie clasp is unbranded and not marked for designer or company.
It measures 1 5/8" across.
