This is neat old vintage hole punch. Made by vintage corporation out of Hagerstown Maryland USA. Catalog #A1. Looks like this guy should handle up to a half inch worth of paper not sure what was originally used for as long as you have the strength in your hand to twist. It should be able to punch it out. This guy looks to be in great shape no rust, but does have some loss of paint in areas. It is made out of metal. It?s easy to turn. However, if you go fast, there is a vibration.
