Wide crystal pleated ruffle at hem. So pretty and feminine! Very fetching! In very good vintage condition. There are some picks on the back, a small 1" run on the back bodice, and a pinhole on the upper back, below the bodice, 2" from the left side seam. None of these issues detract in the least.
