Vintage Rare 1932 US 3 Cent George Washington Stamp | Purple / Violet. It is attached to the original envelop but it wasnt ever circulated or used in the mail. Never stamped by the post office. The envelope is empty but closed. OLD AND FROM AN ESTATE SALE. The stamp most likely placed on there by someone's great grandma then never used. CONDITION: The inside areas of the stamp are very clean as seen in the pictures. Never stamped or used by the post office. The outside edges have some light discolor which may be able to be cleaned...Im not sure. The envelop has some yellowing as it is old. The envelope was never written on. The bottom right of the envelope has two small stains that look like they may be from a staple that was on top. The marks are not holes. It will be protected well and insured. Location D1
