WELCOME! Elegant Pennino rhinestone earrings. The earrings are likely base metal but the screw backs are marked and tested sterling. All of the rhinestones are sparkly and original. The larger rhinestones are prong set and the smaller ones look are more pave type, but do have some little circles that overlap the rhinestones in places.
