This is a beautiful vintage Napier brooch, gold tone in the shape of intertwined circles, like a wreath design. It measures about 2" in diameter, and the texture of the finish is very much like a gold nugget surface. My photo really doesn't do it justice, it needs to be seen in person to really appreciate.
