It has sat on a mannequin head for the past 20+ years. K-Rock radio in NY doesn't exist anymore. Not like it did in the 90's with Grunge Rock and Personality DJ's Like Crazy Cabbie and Booker, Howard Stern in the mornings. This hat was given away at one of the Dysfunctional Family Picnic Concerts the station sponsored The size is one size: SMALL Maybe a child's hat? It isn't adjustable It is Proflex made Says: 92.3 K-Rock New York with what looks like bullet holes in the lettering. The back says: THE ROCK OF NEW YORK BUD LIGHT Please look at the pictures.
