This is a really neat wind-up Marx toy owl. With tin feet, mohair fur, plastic ears and beak, this guy is sure to add interest to your collection. stands approx 7 3/4" tall. Eyes move, wings flap, moves forward on rollers on bottom with a little chirp in sequence. Came from a owl collector, who had many diverse type owls. Is in decent shape considering age and usage. Still works, eyes, wings, movement forward goes slowly. Does have wear issues throughout. ears the fabric has cut through. Back has a piece of paper stuck to the fur. NO RUST that I can see, so looks like all metal parts are in good shape. Plastic beak and eyes could use a little cleaning. Winder works as it should. Works typical of windups of this age.
