Vintage Large Paper Mache Bird on Hanging Brass Perch attributed to Sergio Bustamante Folk art paper-mache quail or grouse game bird on a perch, crafted in the style of Sergio Bustamante (Mexican, born 1949). The work features hand-painted details and textured surface, with the bird perched on an arched metal stand, suspended from a partial link chain. No apparent markings. The quail or grouse measures 21" long, 9 1/2" wide and 17 1/4" tall. The perch or roost measures 16 1/2" wide, 1/2" deep and 32 1/4" tall to chain end.
