Vintage Japanese Moriage Hunting Scene/ Castle Family Crest Trinket Tray/ Plate. Approximate measurements are: 8" x 8" x 1 1/4" Tall and 5" x 5" D at the bottom and weighs approximately 1 lb. 11 oz without packing materials. The ownership history of this piece is not known, adding to its charm and mystery. There is a stamp on the back and what looks like initials and a # I can't make out. This STUNNING Collectible Tray/ Plate is beige all over with tan/ brown speckles in the beige paint. The intricate hand-painted designs showcase the rich culture and craftsmanship of Japan. It is extremely RARE to find any Japanese Hunting Scene for sale- this one is a Remarkable Statement Piece. Condition is preowned with no chips, cracks or crazing. Since they are hand painted, there are slight differences in colors and size of the art piece. The back has felt on 2 corners and is scuffed up- I tried to clean it up a bit.
