This is a Hard-To-Find, VINTAGE, Like-NEW, MINT Condition "Gold-Plated Inlaid Mother Of Pearl Abalone Shell Inlay Angel Fish Pin/Brooch And Pendant Chain Necklace Demi Parure Set" handmade in Bali in the early-1980s. Purchased during a trip to Bali in 1983, this set was worn during our vacation and put away upon our return and forgotten about. Recently rediscovered, it has been safely and securely stored for over 25 years. Both pieces are in MINT Condition with NO marks, stains, odors, chips, cracks or other damage; this set comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. The Angel Fish Pin/Brooch measures approximately 1 1/2 inches tall and approximately 1 1/8th inches wide; the swivel pin back measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch long and works smoothly, holding securely. The Angel Fish Pendant measures approximately 1 inch tall and approximately 3/4ths of an inch wide; it hangs from a gold chain that measures approximately 16 inches long (drop of approximately 8 inches before fish pendant). Both graceful Angel Fish have flowing bodies and detailed faces. They are inlaid with colorful mother-of-pearl abalone shell and were BEAUTIFULLY crafted by a Balinese Jewelry artisan.
