I am unsure if it is complete, although it seems to be. It comes with a portrait lens and view finder. It is for 9 to 15 inch range. It comes in it's own case so that it is well protected. It is for use with Polaroid instant land cameras, and would be a nice addition to any vintage camera collection, and is most likely still completely usable as well.
