This is from NYC It is from old days, this has a spot on the top for a bolt, this was either hung from the sides or on a pole connected on the top The clock does work and works with a AA battery The clock face can be spun in whatever way one would want. it is not stationary, it's possible something could be missing I believe this was on the street in NYC from what I've been told by its previous owner I do not have much more details then that It has some wear It is about 14" tall from highest to lowest spot 12" wide Ships fast and safe from trusted seller Please inspect photos for more details
