Item description

Has some wear from previous use/storage. There are no major damages (cracks, dents, etc.). Based on the orientation of the fan, it appears it was meant to be mounted overhead, but it could easily be mounted to a dash or anything else. It has been hooked up to a benchtop power supply to test it, and it works as it should.
