This is a Vintage black sheath dress in size 14 made by The Doncaster Clothing Company. Doncaster was in operation from 1931 to 2018, when it closed. This dress was purchased in 2005. The dress features a scoop neckline, sleeveless style, lined fabric, and a zip closure. The dress shell is made of triacetate and the lining is made of polyester. The dress is suitable for winter, spring and summer or fall and winter with a jacket. The dress has a vintage aesthetic and is perfect for formal occasions and cocktail parties. The dress is Dry Clean Only. The fabric on this dress was made from triacetate fabric which is famous for its beautiful shine, luxurious feel and the fact that it falls beautifully.
