This is a Dobbs Fifth Avenue NY vintage hat. The material seems to be a an outdoor cotton canvas khaki twill with a leather strap. The hat is clean and doesn't show much wear. The tags are under the band and still crisp.. the size is 6 7/8 and under the band "Resistol Hats" is stamped.
