1920?s/30?s STERLING Sulfide / Butterfly Cameo Pendant CHAIN This beautiful Greek Revival Rectangular Sterling (marked) Cameo pendant has a striking white Sulfide figure of the Goddess Diana superimposed on a brilliant blue iridescent background . These were made in England from the real wings of a morpho butterfly. The cameo is encased in an ornate sterling frame and covered by a beveled glass crystal. It?s like a mini sculpture gallery and would fill the need for ?Something Blue? to wear! Its sterling chain (marked) is 15? inches long. The chain appears original and in character with the piece.
