From a smoke free home Vintage probably from the 1980's adult size cap, This looks very good from the outside, if you see the pictures, the inside on the foam area does have some tearing of the foam under the mesh. I think it would still be alright to wear but please take a look at the pictures to judge for yourself. Adjustable snapback in good condition.
