Clicking the count button on the bottom edge of the unit increases the displayed number by one. Pressing the arrow key displays fractions. There is an engraved ruler on the back side of the unit with centimeter marks. Requires 3 AA batteries (not included). Working condition - Tested working. Cosmetic condition - Used in very good shape. There is light wear from age and normal use. The instructions are printed on cardboard that has significant wear and yellowing.
