Vintage Beret Hat - Reminds me of a newsboy hat without the brim. Not really sure it is a beret though because it has more of a defined shape. Round hat with circular stitching throughout. Color looks to me to be ivory. Has a union tag inside. No size tag. Measures approx 21.5" around the fitted part inside. The material has a vertical grain throughout and a bit of a sheen to it. Could it be rayon? I am not sure. The cap still has a paper tag attached, but has some small age spots throughout.
