Collectible Belt Buckle Viking Iron Cross Maltese PIRATE Skull Dagger This beautifully artistic round belt buckle features three skulls on a sword along the bottom with a Celtic Cross in the center, over a blood red background inlay. The back of the buckle features several markings including what may be a production number, the makers mark and designers mark, " Dragon Designs Tanside Ltd England # DD203 and a Copyright 1995 Tanside Ltd An Eagle crest on the lower right back side reads: (as far as we can tell under a magnifying glass): "Great" along the top rocker, what looks like "American Products" and USA at the bottom. Back then it was less commercial, with only warm beer, warm water or warm lemonade to drink, there were many artists and mostly handcrafted goods, with a few commercial vendors. Although, I am told that, anything Pirate was a no-no, this was probably leaning more towards Vikings and Viking theme rather than Pirate theme.
