The frame is black with yellow brown frame mat around the edges. The blue paper cut art is of Several Peacocks Roosting in a tree. Research shows that the Vintage paper cut art was approximately Circa 1960's-1970's. These intricate paper cut outs are a BEAUTIFUL example of traditional Chinese Craftmanship are often used as decorative pieces for celebrations (Weddings, Promotions, Housewarming, Chinese New Year) good luck symbols.
