The width double over is about 18" or 36" around so it would fit many women although I recommend a belt. Embroidered with calligraphy and a flowered branch at top, rickshaw with passenger under those. Cloth loop fasteners. Embroidered symbols on the collar as well. There is a tag at the neck with "38" on it. New and unworn. Probably dating to late sixties or early seventies. Not sure exactly where it was made, possibly Hong Kong or Japan.
