Item description

This offering is for a Vintage Die Cast Aluminum Piggy Bank. It’s almost 4? tall, has either glass marble or porcelain feet, garnet eyes and a coin slot in the back. It appears to be sand cast aluminum. The plug on the bottom is most likely an old test tube stopper and not the original. It may be very old. I’ve done a fair bit of research and have had no luck in confirming decade of production, maker, or any related pieces. My guess is that it may be a promotional piece from the 30’s (a bank give-away for establishing an account?) -------------------------------------------------------
