Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. It is 49 inches tall. It does have wear such as scratches, scuffs, tears in the pole wrapping and rust on the metal parts. When I carefully press down on the pogo stick the spring mechanism seems to be working as it should. Please note there is staining in spots especially on Hopalong Cassidy's litho picture. I also can smell some cigarette smoke on this item. I cannot find much information on this item as I believe it to be very rare. I am not sure if the horse head is original to the stick. Seems strange that Topper the horse was white and this horse top is brown. This item was found at an estate sale where the person collected all sorts of rare Hopalong Cassidy items. They were certainly a very serious collector in my opinion.
